Terms of Service
Last updated: January 28, 2026
1. Using DworkIt
DworkIt is free to use for posting jobs and applying to them. By using the platform, you agree to provide accurate information and to use it only for lawful freelance and hiring purposes.
2. Job posts and applications
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their job posts. Freelancers are responsible for the accuracy of their bids and profiles. DworkIt does not vet job posts or applicants beyond basic platform rules — see our Community Guidelines and Safety & Trust pages.
3. Payments
DworkIt does not process payments between clients and freelancers. Any payment terms are agreed directly between the two parties, and DworkIt is not responsible for disputes arising from off-platform payments.
4. Account responsibility
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Report suspicious activity to our support team right away.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post (job descriptions, portfolios, messages). By posting on DworkIt, you grant us a license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of connecting clients and freelancers.
6. Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate our Community Guidelines or these Terms, including fraudulent listings, harassment, or illegal activity.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as DworkIt evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
