DworkIt works because clients and freelancers trust each other. These guidelines keep it that way.

Be honest
Job posts and profiles should accurately describe the work, budget, skills, and experience involved.

Communicate respectfully
Treat every client and freelancer with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

Deliver what you promise
Clients should pay for completed work as agreed. Freelancers should deliver work that matches what was promised.

No spam or fake listings
Don't post duplicate, misleading, or irrelevant job listings, and don't create fake profiles.

Keep it legal
Only post or apply to jobs that are legal under Nepali law. Illegal work of any kind is prohibited on DworkIt.
